Set on almost 6 acres, this Bucks County bed-and-breakfast rests between New Hope's center and Washington Crossing Park. We have 9 rooms, three of them, Suites. Eight rooms have fireplaces and all have private baths, WIFI, and A/C. We look forward to having you stay with us!

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have always had large houses and entertained often. This was the logical progression for us.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The difference between the other Bed & Breakfasts in the area, and our Inn. Although they are all good, is us!

Pineapple Hill Inn B&B 1324 River Road New Hope, PA 18938 (215)862-1790 DIRECTIONS From North-West Jersey Take 287 South to 202 South (get on 202 by Flemington/Bridgewater signs, not at any 99more northern intersections.) Follow directions below from New Hope North From North-East Jersey & New York Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 10, for 287 North (or take 440 West, which will turn into 287 North.) Take 287 North to 22 West. You’re on 22 West for less than 10 minutes when you see signs for 202 South. Take 202 South. Follow directions below from New Hope North. From South Jersey Take 295 North to 95 South. Take the first exit in Pennsylvania after crossing the Delaware River, exit 51B for New Hope. This will put you on Taylorsville Road. From here follow directions below from Taylorsville Road. From Western Pennsylvania Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike Eastbound to the exit for Route 1 North (near the Neshaminy Mall.) From Route 1 North take the exit for Interstate 95 North. Stay on 95 to Exit 51 for New Hope. At the bottom of the exit bear to your left onto Taylorsville Road. From here follow directions below from Taylorsville Road. From Philadelphia, Delaware, and other points South Take 95 North to the last exit in Pennsylvania, Exit 51 for New Hope. Bear to your left at the bottom of the exit onto Taylorsville Road. From here follow directions below from Taylorsville Road. From New Hope North Stay on 202 South into Pennsylvania. After paying the $.75 toll, take the first exit for Route 32 & New Hope. Stay on 32 into the town of New Hope. 32 will be called Main Street in town. From the light in the center of town, go 4.6 miles to Pineapple Hill. (If there is a detour you will turn right when you come back to Main Street from Route 179/Bridge Street, this is at the same light referenced above.) Just outside of town Main Street will be called River Road. We’re on the left. You'll see a sign for "Thorpe Farm" on the right just across the street from our driveway. From Taylorsville Road Stay on Taylorsville Road for about 7 miles, through two lights, until it forks. At the fork bear left onto River Road. Pineapple Hill is the second house on the right
